Straight Answers on Pigments and Polish
The questions we get asked while someone's sitting in the chair, answered the way we'd answer them there: short, honest, and with the safety bits stated plainly.

Can I use craft glitter on my face?
No. Use cosmetic-grade glitter only. Craft glitter can have sharp edges and is not made for skin or eyes.
Why does my dark eyeshadow look patchy?
Lay a cream base in a similar shade under powder and press the powder on rather than sweeping it.
How do I stop liner stars from smudging?
Set the lid with matte powder first, use a waterproof or water-activated liner, and brace your hand on your cheek.
Are neon pigments safe around the eyes?
Not always. Some colourants are not approved for the eye area. If the label says not for use in the immediate eye area, use it elsewhere.
Does chrome powder work on regular polish?
For a true mirror finish it needs a cured no-wipe gel top coat to grip onto.
How do I remove gel nails without damage?
File off the top coat shine, soak in acetone for around ten to fifteen minutes, then gently push off softened gel. Never peel.
What glue should I use for face gems?
Eyelash glue or a dedicated skin adhesive. Never nail glue or superglue.
Can alt makeup work on mature or textured skin?
Yes. Favour mattes and creams over chunky shimmer on the lid, keep base light and use graphic shapes placed above the crease.
